1) The association's mission is to develop and promote international economic cooperation, especially the prom otion of new innovative technologies, products and processes, and the science, research and education of vocational training. The purpose is to:

- Strengthen economic competitiveness and ensure job creation in a forward-looking market.

2) The alliance is a charitable alliance, adopting the principle of voluntary participation, and is not for profit.

3) The purpose of the alliance is achieved by:

- Dialogue and exchange of experiences between members of the association to promote cooperation

- Organize and implement national and international events on economic, innovation and technology topics

- Promote cooperation with national and international institutions with the same or similar objectives

- Knowledge and technology transfer and international business cooperation in the field of innovation

- Strengthening economic - scientific cooperation

4) The purpose of the association is to continue to raise funds for the enjoyment of tax benefits by other entities or for the enjoyment of tax incentives for public legal institutions.

5) The funds of the association can only be used for statutory purposes, and reserves can only be formed if the provisions of the tax incentive law permit. Members will not receive any share of profits, and as members, they will not make other donations through the association. After leaving the association or dissolving the association, they will not receive shares in the club's assets. No one is allowed to earn income for the purpose of the association or for a high salary.

6) The alliance does not participate in any political, racial or sectarian struggle.

7) Alliance members and honorary members are entitled to a corresponding work allowance.
